The room was lovely. Both breakfast and dinner was great. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will be going there again when I’m next going to London. May even treat us to a suite next time just to see how good that is since the standard double room was amazing as that.

The room was originally booked for our anniversary which had to be changed due to a family member falling critically ill. However, we upgraded to a family room and took the kids out over the half term and were absolutely delighted to find the room was decoratedwith towel swans, rose petals and balloons. The gym was well equipped, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful.

Proximity to RNOH as we stayed prior to my surgery. room was spacious and clean and everything we needed for a short stay. Staff were incredibly helpful. My mother left her bag there and after my discharge from hospital we forgot to return for it. We arranged a courier to collect and deliver to us and the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful to deal with when arranging this.

We loved that the hotel was decorated for Halloween particularly fitting as we stayed the day before going to Harry Potter studios! The beds were comfortable, a travel cot was provided for our 2 year old, while our 8 year old had a sofa bed which she said was bouncy! The breakfast had a large variety, something for everyone, and the staff were friendly and welcoming and chatty, it was a lovely stay!

I was travelling for work, so did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. The gym was really nice and big and had a great variety. The breakfast was nice but the space a bit small. My room was nice and clean, with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Awesome service. The lady on reception (I didn’t catch her name) couldn’t have been anymore helpful. I checked in with a little dog and the service I received was exceptional. It makes such a difference to the customer experience. Would highly recommend this hotel for the lovely room and customer service. Hilton Hotel - please take note - your reception staff are awesome.

It was a great overall experience. While the room felt a bit small for four people, it wasn’t an issue since we only stayed for one night. For a longer stay, it might have been less convenient. I also appreciated that the hotel offered a selection of essentials travelers might need. I was able to purchase a charger, and my son got a pair of AirPods.

Great location staff were very polite, there was a lovely man downstairs in the food area, so so happy and polite, made us laugh and completely brightened up our day (can’t remember his name possibly jamei) amazing member of staff!
